Prairie Muses
Serving as CEO, Prairie Muses is dedicated to celebrating the arts and engaging community through music. Prairie Muses strives to be recognized regionally for excellence in stimulating in-depth and visionary creative placemaking programming through music; empowering outstanding artists at critical phases in their creative lives; and improving access to the arts for all populations.
2010 to 2022
Chamber Music at The Barn
Grants and special projects developer and manager, including annual operational grants as well as special projects including Arts AMaize (NEA "Our Town") and Vibrant ICT, funded by the Knight Foundation and Wichita Community Foundation to increase vibrancy in downtown Wichita.
2005-2007, 2018 to present
Ballet Wichita
Executive Director for two years, leaving job to serve as Director of Resource (grants) Development for Butler Community College, followed by two years as Director of Salina Arts and Humanities Commission. Since 2018, serving Ballet Wichita again as grants writer and project developer.
2008-2010
Salina Arts and Humanities Commission
Executive Director for the City of Salina, overseeing arts education, festival, and grants program to strengthen community artists and arts agencies.
